Hebrews 13: 1-21
Key Verse- V. 20, “May the God of peace, who through the blood of the eternal covenant brought back from the dead the Lord Jesus Christ, the great shepherd of the sheep, equip you with everything good for doing His will, and may He work in us that which is pleasing to Him, thorough Jesus Christ, to whom be glory forever and ever. Amen”
As we reflect over this work of 40 days of devotion I want to encourage you to not stop seeking the work of God. Go back and look at your journey for the past several months. Has it been better? Are you using the proper tools? Do you believe you have been made ready to do the work of God?
As I worked through to this last day it seemed appropriate that we end with something of an exhortation- that you and I are to offer ourselves and our praise in constant motion to GOD in order to His being pleased with us.
His desire, then, is that we, his church, are to be equipped for doing his well, working in us that which is pleasing to Him. This can only be done through our growing and dynamic relationship with the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. The promises are true! The fellowship is strong and the work is magnificent- Let’s make the most of it – I’m puling for you!
